    Mr. Cheng possesses over two decades of profound, hands-on experience in trenchless tunneling technology. He has personally spearheaded teams to execute and deliver various complex underground pipeline projects ranging from 0.15m to 3.7m in diameter. He is highly proficient in tactical site operations, technical refinement, and engineering equipment modifications for advanced pipe jacking methods, hand shield tunneling, slurry microtunnelling, and Tunnel Boring Machines (TBM).

    Prior to establishing Hope Gain Engineering, Mr. Cheng served at L&M Pipeline Service Pte Ltd, a prominent listed trenchless contractor in Singapore, where he successfully managed mega sewerage network rehabilitation projects for Singapore’s Ministry of the Environment (now PUB) totaling up to 270 kilometers. His extensive engineering acumen stands as the absolute cornerstone of trust that the company enjoys from government bureaus and multinational main contractors.
